The cellar
Coll de Juny, nowadays Montesquius, has obtained the International Quality
Certificate ISO 9001, awarded by Det Norske Veritas, year 1994.
This way we become the first spanish company that produce cava by the
traditional methode "Champenoise" and one of the first companies
of the world of this sector to obtain this certificate.
The Quality achievement system, that this catalan firm has used to obtain
it, is a great guarantee of Quality of its products, as well as a Quality
of its combined services:
Commercial, distribution and post-sales.
Our storehouse of finished product has a volume of 1.500 sq, with a total capacity of 115.000 boxes of 12 bottles of cava each (1.300.000 bottles).
This volume and capacity gives us enough guaranties to serve all our range of products of Cava and Wines at high speed, ensuring guaranties of Quality and Service to all our customers.
We take great pride in having restored to its former glory one of Spain's most traditional cava houses: Montesquius, founded in 1918 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the cava capital.
We have made sizeable investments so as to be able to take maximum advantage of the traditional winemaker's craft, whilst, at the same time, introducing the very latest technology.
We have also once again provided Montesquius with the quality, prestigious architecture and landscaping it deserves.
